The location in the city center next to a mall with restaurants and less than 30 minutes by foot to the Medina. The very comfortable beds. The modern installation and the efficient air conditioning. It was very cold in Fes with temperatures between 2 and 5° at night but we did not feel it, as opposed to a famous riad we have been to a couple of days earlier, were it was very chilly at night. Nice and friendly staff at reception.

The hotel location was great - 10 mins away by taxi to Mediná - sourrounded by great bars, cafés, restaurants and a big shopping center Very comfy hotel room... very clean... perfect to recover from the day activity. Breakfast with a lot of food variations Pool to cool down from the outside heat

Location with central. It’s close to everything the staff were very friendly. One particular staff was very helpful, and it was ILHAM She was very professional and had very good knowledge of Fez. And it was very pleasant to talk to her English knowledge was very good, very well spoken.

The staff in the restaurant were great specially ILHAM, I was not feeling very well in the morning and she made me a really nice remedy that I took and made me feel better that’s how accommodating she was and that’s what makes the hotel feel like you are at home

Excellent location. 5 min drive from train station, 10 minutes to tourist attractions. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was large with massive comfy firm bed and a cloud of pillows. Felt very luxurious at excellent room rate.
